Not long ago, Swiss based Alteme Licht AG decided to develop an innovative glare-free range of LED downlights with darklight technology, capable of expanding and adapting light to meet individual expectations.
They wanted their new range to create a pleasant, harmonious atmosphere without compromising on light quality. With such high requirement and expectations they turned to LEDiL to help realise their requirements.
Solution
The company’s solution was to choose various AMY-70 lenses for their impressive LIOR lighting. The LIOR series of downlights can be fitted with either a standard mounting ring or a larger decorative ring to integrate into ceilings, harnessing darklight technology to ensure a glare-free lighting experience for interior spaces. Alternatively, an acrylic “viewlight” glass element can be used if the lightsource itself should become more visible.
The LIOR range offers two colour temperatures as standard, has five beam angles and three different control options, allowing designers the flexibility to create tailor-made lighting solutions that combine modern technology with adaptable, considered design.
