HR Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Coordinator for a 1.5-2 years fixed-term position to join us at LEDiL headquarters in Salo, Finland starting at the latest in the beginning of May.

As an HR Coordinator, you work as a team with the HR Director. Our company operates in a global environment with offices in different parts of the world. In your work, you will collaborate with all departments and personnel across our global organization.

Your responsibilities include being the point-of-contact for payroll, occupational healthcare, insurance companies and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for the administration of the HR system and act as its main user. In addition, you will coordinate recruitment, HR documentation, personnel communication, workshops, induction, personnel benefits, event arrangements and handle assisting tasks regarding the office.

 

What do we expect from you?

You are the HR Coordinator we are looking for if you have a humane approach and are positive and open-minded. You have a customer service-oriented mindset, a problem-solving attitude and in a hectic situation you know how to prioritize the tasks of the day. Working in a multi-cultural environment comes naturally to you. In addition, you take initiative, can work independently, have the ability to make decisions and can juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and in control. You also feel confident communicating with larger audiences and leading training sessions in both Finnish and English.

Requirements for the role:

  • Good understanding of HR related matters
  • Capability to interpret the collective agreement (Technology Industry is an advantage) and employment law
  • Experience in using HR systems is a bonus (especially SD Worx)
  • Relevant education
  • Fluent English and Finnish language skills (both written and verbal communication)
  • Good IT skills (e.g. MS Office)
